Commission Rules

I am now open for commissions. I don't have time or interest anymore for art trades. Sorry! I need to make some money on a hobby basis while I'm looking for a job. I'm planning on continue with commissions even after I have found a job.

Terms of Agreement

Payment is made through PayPal ONLY.
Clients are required to either pay fully in advance, or half in advance and half upon completion. If you do not pay, I will do what I want with the artwork and all rights fall to me.
Please send payments to my paypal, via alexstit@yahoo.com. When you send your payment please specify who you are on deviantART so I know what to look for. If you don't send this information then I have a hard time tracking who's payed what, so it's very important that you provide this information with your payments.

A client reserves the right to display the original work and resell the original work if desired. Duplication rights are not included in the price of a commission. You may use the commission for any non-commercial purposes (websites, avatars, personal prints, etc.). You paid for it - it belongs to you.
You may also repost my art on your own website UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES: ask me first, credit me, and provide a link either to my deviantart page or my email address (listed on the bottom of this page).

I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork in my online portfolios and galleries and in commercial purposes for myself (ie on possible personal website for graphics and such), for all time unless otherwise specified.

Delivery time may vary depending on personal schedule. If you want a specific timeframe for your commision, be sure to be clear about this in the early stages of negotiation.

Prices will depend on medium, size, complexity, and number of hours the project will take. Pricing will be higher for detailed backgrounds or more than one character.

I can supply a variety of prints of custom size of my artwork privately (not through dA). Inquire for price information.

What I will draw/paint: Animals, fantasy creatures (to a degree).
What I will not draw/paint: Any racism, pedophilia, extreme violence, extreme sex scenes, etc.
I don't like drawing: humans, human like fantasy creatures, robots, space stuff, cars, anthros; because I don't feel satisfied when I make them, but I am willing to try it out for a client if so wish.

- Please include a detailed description of what you want. Also a detailed description of the character/characters you so wish for.
- The size you want.
- The media you want.
- Whether or not there is a deadline.
- Sketches can be requested through the time of making the art.
